Rysbek Toktomoushev graduated in international law from the Kyiv Institute of International Relations in 1996. After graduation Rysbek worked for seven years with the investment firm Peter Hackett and Partners. Between 2003-2008 he was a partner in Shevchenko Didkovskiy and partners, a law firm now re-named Asters. In 2008 Rysbek became the head of Eurasia-Ukraine, a company that managed a $300m real estate investment portfolio. From 2009 until the end of 2014 he chaired the board of directors of BTA Bank (Ukraine). From 2015 until 2017 as a crisis manager chaired the supervisory board of agricultural holding “Creative”. Rysbek Toktomoushev is also engaged in distressed assets investment business.
Natalia Sergeyeva graduated with a diploma in economics from the Kyiv State University of Construction and Architecture in 1996. During her 15 year career in the banking sector Natalia held various management positions in several commercial banks, including Kyivinvestbank, Transbank, Alfa Bank (Ukraine) and BTA Bank (Ukraine). Natalia joined BTA Bank (Ukraine) at the start of the economic crisis in Ukraine in 2009 and headed the bank as CEO from 2009 until the end of 2014. From 2015 until 2017 as a crisis manager was a member of the supervisory board of agricultural holding “Creative”. Natalia Sergeyeva is also engaged in distressed assets investment business.
Anuar Aizhulov has extensive experience in the financial sector, mining, real estate and IT. Following his graduation from Bauman Moscow State Technical University in 1995 he worked in a major industrial group. Anuar completed his MBA at Cranfield School of Management (UK) in 2005. From 2006 to 2009 Anuar was a member of the Board of Directors of BTA Bank (Ukraine), Insurance Company Oranta and also chaired the Board of Directors of BTA Insurance Group. From 2015 until 2017 as a crisis manager was a member of the supervisory board of agricultural holding “Creative”. Anuar Aizhulov is also engaged in IT business projects.
